It is the first department that was established in the kingdom in 1989 from kindergarten to grade12 managed by Taghreed Afyoni- who has a master degree in instructional psychology- and a collaborative work team with multi – specialty staff who is highly qualified in conducting assessments, diagnosis, treatment and teaching.
(support and strengthen classes- treatment programs for academically weak students- learning difficulties education for non- Arabic or English speakers - punctuation training )

Here we learn – play - -try – invent – create – meet – celebrate and enjoy with our colleagues.
We learn in many ways some of which may be strange in an atmosphere that filled with joy and love! But it pleases us and its very useful for us.
We learn by soap, paste, spaghetti, colors, beads, computers, smart board, educational games, enrichment activities, weekly classes for life skills, competitions, useful trips, storytelling rounds for our young learners, active earning methods, developmental education and many effective teaching aids which contribute in our motivation for learning and achieve our goals.

We provide :

1- Arabic , English and Math
2- extra curricular classes , activities , celebrations and educational and leisure trips .
3- special rooms designed in a different way than the other class rooms that are fully equipped with the recent technological equipments .
4- remedial plans for individuals and groups ( IIP) , ( IEP) after the specialized team has held the proper psychological and educational diagnoses .
5- official and formal tests that are given top students to assist their academic levels of the students in Arabic , Math and English .
6- a special team that is known for its abilities to teach language for non-native speakers , or new comers from other foreign countries .
7- our staff that is well known of its cooperation and team work to enhance the students levels in all aspects and in the shortest time possible.

9- teaching based on a specific schedule, for the special needs students , and the going back to their regular classes as the merging program works .

14 – activities corner : to train the students to use the skills that might include merger between psychological and physical skills , and train them to use the maximum and minimum skills which aims to cohesion and coherence between all educational purposes .
15- computer club : new- developed educational programs , and an individual educational plan for each student . readers club , a library that includes all the dictionaries and references , along with a lot of intellectual and stories for all different ages , you can also see a lot of cultural and guidance books .
16 – the smart book , there are classes in the smart book room , to help the students to engage in an effective educational process , in which there are illustrated pictures and many other tools that make the class more interesting , and it also allows the students to exchange information , and use the cooperative learning method .
17 – daily life skills classes , to teach our students the important values they need in life .
18- ‘ teaching by playing ‘ : we believe that is is really important to teach the children via playing and having fun , and we believe that it is really beneficial to developing their behavioral, mental, physical and emotional abilities , because it is a method that helps to create innovation , creativity and fun at the same time

We believe in the importance of " learning by playing " way and its benefits in developing the behavior of our students and their mental, physical and emotional abilities and as a mean for them to achieve innovation, fun and entertainment at the same time. We take advantage of playing activities in expanding their cognitive horizons and we consider it as a therapeutic way to help them to solve some of their problems that they suffer from such as shyness, belonging, communication, cooperation, memory, perception and imagination.

- Learning by colors : to give our student the motivation and happiness and to improve their abilities to remember.

-We are interested in developing the skills of our wonderful team of flowers, cubs, guides and scouts and in teaching our students council in our department the art of leaderships skills.
